Turkish Defense Ministry congratulates Azerbaijan on Independence Restoration Day

Türkiye will always stand by brotherly Azerbaijan, the Turkish Ministry of National Defense wrote on X on the occasion of Azerbaijanchr("39")s Independence Restoration Day, Olaylar informs.
