OTS officials discuss human resources in AI era in Khankandi

The fifth meeting of heads of relevant human resources development institutions from member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held in Khankandi on September 18 under the theme "Human Resources in the Era of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence: Development, Prospects and Challenges."

According to the Public Relations Department of the Service for Restoration, Construction and Management in Khankandi, Aghdara and Khojaly districts, officials and representatives of relevant institutions from OTS member states attended the meeting.

Discussions focused on the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on human resources development, new approaches to human resources management, developing workforce capabilities in line with modern challenges, and expanding the exchange of experience among OTS member states.

Malahat Abbaszadeh, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Azerbaijanchr("39")s State Examination Center, briefed participants on efforts to develop human resources in Azerbaijan, introduce modern management mechanisms in the civil service, and use digitalization and artificial intelligence.

Heads of relevant institutions from Turkic states also addressed the meeting. Speakers highlighted the significance of holding the event in Khankandi and expressed their satisfaction at being in the city.

Participants noted that the rapid development of digital technologies is creating new requirements for labor markets and human resources management. In this context, they emphasized the importance of exchanging experience, studying advanced approaches, and developing workforce capabilities suited to the future labor market.

Presentations on human resources development, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence initiatives in OTS member states are being delivered as part of the meeting, with participants also discussing prospects for further cooperation.
