Hikmat Hajiyev, German envoy mull prospects for bilateral co-op

Azerbaijan and Germany have broad opportunities for the development of bilateral cooperation, Olaylar informs referring to a publication by the German embassy on social media following a meeting between Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev and German Ambassador to Baku Dirk Lölke.

Economy, education, peace and security, as well as other important issues became the main topics of the introductory meeting held the day before between German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Dirk Lölke and Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev, the publication says.

According to the diplomatic mission, during the meeting, both sides emphasized the existence of broad opportunities for the development of German-Azerbaijani cooperation.
