Framework document on structure of Global South NGO Platform adopted in Baku

A framework document on the institutional structure and operational mechanisms of the Global South NGO Platform has been adopted in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The decision was made during the Platformchr("39")s General Assembly in Baku.

The meeting celebrated the successful completion of the framework document, which was endorsed by participating organizations and formally adopted as the primary regulatory document defining the platformchr("39")s governance structure and operations.

The document also confirms the election and appointment of the Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General, who will officially assume their duties in accordance with the established rules of procedure.

Furthermore, the General Assembly instructed working groups to prepare and launch operational proposals in the coming months to ensure the full launch of the platform.
