Azerbaijan extends special quarantine regime until January 2027

The special quarantine regime in Azerbaijan has been extended, according to a decision signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, Olaylar informs.

Under the decision, the special quarantine regime in Azerbaijan has been extended until 06:00 am on January 2, 2027, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection across the country and mitigate its potential consequences.

The special quarantine regime had previously been extended until 06:00 am on October 1, 2026.
