First residential phase completed in Azerbaijan's Zangilan

The first residential phase in Zangilan has been completed and will soon be handed over, an official said, Olaylar informs.

According to Ilhamiyya Rzayeva, head of the Public Relations Department at the Reconstruction, Construction and Management Service for the Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts, all work within the initial residential stage has been finalized.

Speaking on Dost TV, Rzayeva noted that the project is ready for delivery in the near future.

The first drawing ceremony for resettlement to Zangilan city was held in November 2025.
