Azerbaijan's defense minister visits China for Xiangshan Forum

Azerbaijanchr("39")s Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, is on a working visit to China to participate in the 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum, Olaylar informs, citing the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.

During the visit, Hasanov toured the production facilities of the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC), where he met with CASIC Director General Chen Shaoyang and inspected various defense systems.

As part of the visit, Hasanov also met with Chinachr("39")s Minister of National Defense Admiral Dong Jun.

The meeting focused on the current state and prospects for developing cooperation between the two countries in the military, military-technical and military education fields, as well as international security and stability and a number of issues of mutual interest.
