Azerbaijan, ADB discuss development of green finance
Azerbaijan and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) have discussed the development of green finance.
According to Olaylar, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), Aliyar Mammadyarov, CBA First Deputy Governor, met with a delegation from the ADB Board of Directors.
The meeting focused on Azerbaijanchr("39")s macroeconomic outlook, ongoing reforms in the financial sector and ways the ADB could support implementation of measures outlined in the 2027-2030 State Program on Expanding Financial Inclusion in Azerbaijan. The discussions also covered the development of green finance and capital markets.
The meeting also addressed the key priorities of the ADBchr("39")s Country Partnership Strategy for Azerbaijan, prospects for expanding cooperation between the Central Bank and the ADB, and future technical assistance projects.
