Baku Boulevard area waters cleaned of waste

As part of efforts to improve the ecological condition of Baku Bay, cleaning operations are being carried out in the section of the bay adjacent to the Seaside National Park.

According to Olaylar citing the Seaside Boulevard Department, the water surface is being cleared of various organic waste, oil slicks, and residues.

The measures are implemented under an agreement between the Seaside Boulevard Department, Azerbaijanchr("39")s Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, and the Ministry of Emergency Situationschr("39") Caspian Basin Rescue Service.

During the work, the Rescue Service removes oil slicks and waste accumulated on the water surface, as well as cleans coastal areas.

Due to the lowering water level in the Caspian Sea and observed shallowing in certain areas, special equipment and devices are being used in the cleaning process.
