ANAMA employee injured in mine explosion in Khojaly district

An employee of the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) was injured in a mine incident in Dashkend village of the Khojaly district on September 10.

ANAMA told Olaylar that its employee, Anar Hasanov (born in 1990), sustained a leg injury when an anti-personnel mine exploded while he was performing his official duties.

The injured employee was evacuated to the district hospital. His condition is reported to be satisfactory.
