Guliyev emphasized that mine clearance contributes not only to the safety of a specific area but also to the sustainable development of the entire region: "The future contribution of cleared lands is one of the most important aspects, as this issue forms the foundation of future generationschr("39") health."

The chairman highlighted the role of spatial planning, which determines where settlements should develop, how they should connect, and how infrastructure, public facilities, and economic zones should be integrated.

"This approach is further strengthened through cooperation with the UN-Habitat program. Land accessibility influences settlement structures, defines development priorities, and guides the sequence of land use," he said.
