The outstanding 17th-century philosopher and scholar Yusif Qarabaghi, having left Karabakh, pursued his activities in Samarkand and Bukhara, leaving a significant mark on the scientific and cultural life of Central Asia. In 1619, the ruler of Bukhara, Bahadur Khan, built a library in his honor and appointed Yusif Qarabaghi as its head. Today, the grave of Yusif Qarabaghi is located in Bukhara. From Karabakh to Bukhara-a bridge of science, culture and friendship that transcends centuries," the post said.
