Azerbaijan attaches particular importance to the comprehensive development of relations with the United Kingdom, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in the congratulatory letter addressed to Andy Burnham, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Olaylar informs.

"We attach particular importance to the comprehensive development of Azerbaijan-United Kingdom relations based on rich and good traditions. The dynamics of our economic and trade cooperation, the steady enhancement and enrichment of our proven strategic partnership with new content in the energy sector are gratifying," the head of state said.
