The visit of the President of Slovakia will continue tomorrow in Baku. Once again, I thank him for accepting my invitation and making his visit to Karabakh. This once again demonstrates how sincere and cordial our relations are. I am confident that our relations will continue to develop. Because we are advocates of concrete actions."
The Azerbaijani leader added that both countries attach great importance to bilateral relations:
"I can say that a very strong partnership has been established in recent years. At the same time, the President of Slovakia, Peter Pellegrini, is not visiting Azerbaijan for the first time. He was the first among high-ranking officials from Slovakia - he visited Azerbaijan while still in his previous position. Both as Speaker of Parliament and as Prime Minister - and as President- he participated in our international climate conference. Today, he is also in Azerbaijan on an official visit."
