Azerbaijan, Tajikistan stress importance of parliamentary dialogue

Azerbaijan and Tajikistan have underscored the importance of maintaining parliamentary dialogue to further strengthen bilateral cooperation, according to Azerbaijanchr("39")s Embassy in Dushanbe.

The discussions were held during a meeting between Speaker of the Assembly of Representatives of Tajikistanchr("39")s Supreme Assembly Faizali Idizoda and Azerbaijanchr("39")s Ambassador to Tajikistan, Alimirzamin Asgarov, who is concluding his diplomatic mission in the country.

The two sides noted the dynamic development of bilateral relations, which are underpinned by more than 94 agreements, and emphasized the importance of sustained parliamentary dialogue and high-level exchanges to further enhance cooperation between the two friendly nations.
