Military band marches begin in Baku

Marches accompanied by military orchestras have begun in the central streets and avenues of Baku to mark the 108th anniversary of the founding of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.

The parades will continue along several routes in the city until 12:00 (GMT+4).

Currently, marches are being conducted along the following routes:

Route I: Heydar Aliyev Palace - Bulbul Avenue - Nizami Cinema Center - Neftchilar Avenue - Azadlig Square - Sea Station;

Route II: Martyrschr("39") Alley - Flame Towers Complex - Chambarakand Park - Icheri Sheher metro station - Gosha Gala Gapisi - Azerbaijan State Puppet Theater - Azneft Circle - Bahram Gur statue;

Route III: Gazanfar Musabeyov Park - Abdurrahim bay Hagverdiyev Street - Huseyn Javid Avenue - Huseyn Javid Park - Parliament Avenue - Martyrschr("39") Alley;

Route IV: Olympic Star Sports and Entertainment Center - Samad Vurgun Street - Officerschr("39") Park - Baku State Circus - Heydar Aliyev Palace - Imadaddin Nasimi statue - Neftchilar Avenue;

Route V: Nariman Narimanov statue - Central Park - Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theater - Winter Park - Heydar Aliyev Palace - Central Bank of Azerbaijan - 28 Mall Shopping Center;

On June 26, along with Baku, marches accompanied by military orchestras are also being organized on the central streets, avenues, and squares of the cities of Sumgayit, Ganja, Nakhchivan, Barda, Khankandi, Lachin, and Shusha.
