Shusha to host first meeting of religious affairs chiefs of OTS member states

The first meeting of the heads of state bodies responsible for religious affairs in member states of the Organization of Turkic States will be held in Shusha on June 30, Azerbaijanchr("39")s State Committee on Work with Religious Organizations told Olaylar.

The event will bring together the OTS Secretary General and the heads of relevant institutions from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.

The meeting is aimed at expanding cooperation, exchanging experience, and strengthening partnership ties among Turkic states.

One of the key topics on the agenda will be the establishment of a cooperation mechanism among religious affairs institutions within the framework of the OTS.

A communiqué is expected to be signed following the official part of the meeting.
