State support for political parties in Azerbaijan grows 20% in 2025

In 2025, the funds allocated in the Azerbaijani state budget for funding political parties were fully utilized, reads the draft law "On the Execution of the State Budget of Azerbaijan for 2025,"  Olaylar informs.

According to the document, 6 million manats ($3.529 million) were allocated last year to finance political parties represented in the Milli Majlis, as well as parties that received valid votes in the parliamentary elections but were not represented in the legislature.

Compared to 2024, the amount of state financial assistance to political parties in 2025 increased by 20%. All funds allocated for these purposes were fully utilized.

The draft law was submitted for discussion at todaychr("39")s meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship.
