Azerbaijan's NATO envoy visits energy security centre in Vilnius

Azerbaijanchr("39")s representative to NATO, Jafar Huseynzade, has visited the alliancechr("39")s Centre of Excellence for Energy Security (ENSEC COE) in Vilnius, Lithuania, Azerbaijanchr("39")s mission to NATO wrote on X, Olaylar informs.

Huseynzade, who heads Azerbaijanchr("39")s mission to NATO, met with the centrechr("39")s director, Colonel Gytis Kazokas, during the visit.

The Azerbaijani envoy was briefed on the scope of activities carried out by ENSEC COE, which focuses on strengthening NATOchr("39")s resilience in the field of energy security.

The visit underscored Azerbaijanchr("39")s interest in cooperation with NATO structures on energy security, a sector seen as critical amid global geopolitical tensions and growing cyber threats to infrastructure.
