Emin Huseynov: Nostalgic feelings are associated with former look of Aghdam and Fuzuli

Nostalgic and emotional feelings are associated with the former look of Aghdam and Fuzuli.

As Olaylar informs that Emin Huseynov, special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand districts, said this at WUF13 in Baku.

According to him, the approach to restoring the liberated territories covered all areas, from the governance model to the implementation of projects, their phasing, and the processes of returning and resettling the population.

"Of course, restoration and reconstruction do not necessarily mean returning to old standards. Nostalgic and emotional feelings are associated with the former Aghdam and Fuzuli. But the world is changing, technologies are developing, and we live in an era of innovation and technological progress. Therefore, we must use the best opportunities offered by technology," Huseynov said.
