Latvian president visits Alley of Martyrs in Baku

On April 22, Edgars Rinkēvičs, President of Latvia, visited the Alley of Martyrs, Olaylar informs.

He commemorated the Azerbaijani heroes who sacrificed their lives for the countrychr("39")s independence and territorial integrity, and laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.

The President then viewed a panoramic vista of Baku and was informed about the history of the Alley of Martyrs and the citychr("39")s redevelopment projects.
