Azerbaijani, Kazakh Foreign Ministers hold expanded meeting

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov had an extended meeting with his Kazakh counterpart Yermek Kosherbayev, Azerbaijanchr("39")s Foreign Ministry wrote on X, Olaylar informs.

"Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov had an extended meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev at Azerbaijanchr("39")s Foreign Ministry during his official visit to Baku, Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan & Kazakhstan reaffirmed strong strategic ties, noting growing collaboration across economy, trade, energy, industry, agriculture, transport, logistics, tech & digital sectors.

Ministers also emphasized the Middle Corridorchr("39")s role in boosting Europe-Asia trade, and role of joint projects contributing to transit infrastructure & regional connectivity.

Both sides expressed concern over the tensions in the Middle East, expressed hope that the ceasefire reached between the parties will bring stability and peace to the region.

Ministers also discussed other regional & global security challenges.

Minister Bayramov also briefed his counterpart on the ongoing normalization & peace process between Azerbaijan & Armenia," reads the post.
