Mirzoyan discusses implementation of Washington agreements with Armenian ambassadors

 

The meeting of Armenian ambassadors abroad continued on August 25 in Kapan with discussions led by Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Olaylar informs, citing Armenpress.

One of the key topics was the agreements reached on August 8 in Washington.

Speaking about the initialed peace agreement between Baku and Yerevan, Mirzoyan emphasized the importance of establishing peace not only for Armenia itself but for the entire South Caucasus region.

In addition, the minister presented Armenia's strategic foreign policy vision in the context of new realities, highlighting emerging opportunities and the upcoming work required to realize them.

Mirzoyan noted that implementing the peace agenda is a top priority for the Armenian government, including its diplomatic missions.

He also addressed the unblocking of regional communications, stressing the broad opportunities this will open for the country.

The annual meeting of Armenian ambassadors abroad began on August 24 and will conclude on August 27.
