Azerbaijan National Urban Forum to be held in two cities this year

This year, the Azerbaijan National Urban Forum will take place in the autumn across two cities in the country.

This topic was discussed during a meeting between Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Kenya, Sultan Hajiyev, and Kenya's Minister of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, Alice Wahome.

The 3rd Azerbaijan National Urban Forum is scheduled for October 15-17 in Khankandi and Baku.

Previously, the 2nd Azerbaijan National Urban Forum, themed "Sustainable Cities as a Driver of Economic Development and Combating Inequality," was held from September 29 to October 2, with its opening in Zangilan. The forum aimed to promote knowledge exchange, policy development, public engagement, skill-building, and to encourage cooperation and strategy development for sustainable urban growth.
