Two Azerbaijanis arrested in Yekaterinburg appeal court decision

Ayaz Safarov and Shahin Lalayev, Azerbaijanis who were accused of organizing a murder in Yekaterinburg in previous years, have appealed the court decision, the joint press service of the courts of the Sverdlovsk region told TASS.

Earlier, the Lenin District Court of Yekaterinburg arrested eight Azerbaijanis - Ayaz, Akif, Mazahir, Kamal and Bakir Safarovs, Ahliman Ganjiyev, Shahin Lalayev and Aziz Abbasov. Akif Safarov also previously appealed the arrest decision.

"Appeals have been filed from lawyers regarding Ayaz Safarov and Shahin Lalayev," the TASS interviewee said.

Ayaz Safarov and Shahin Lalayev were arrested on July 19.
