ASAN service model to be implemented in Rwanda

ASAN service model will also be implemented in Rwanda, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan told Olaylar.

As noted, the delegation led by the chairman of the agency, Ulvi Mehdiyev, visited Rwanda at the invitation of the hosting country.

As part of the trip, a meeting was held with the participation of the Rwanda Development Board, the Minister of Public Service of Rwanda, as well as senior officials of other relevant institutions. Mehdiyev made a comprehensive presentation on ASAN service, as well as other areas of activity of the agency.

During the meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Rwandan President Paul Kagame within the framework of COP29 held in Baku, the latter expressed interest in implementing ASAN service experience in Rwanda, and in this context, a Rwandan delegation visited Azerbaijan.

In June 2025, a MESOB public service center was also established in Ethiopia based on ASAN service model.
