Fuad Hussein: Iraq's relations with Azerbaijan are based on common geography, culture, religion

Relations between Iraq and Azerbaijan are not new, these relations go back to the past, Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein said at a joint press conference with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov in Baghdad, Olaylar informs.

The Iraqi minister noted that Azerbaijan is geographically close to Iraq - it is located in the same region, on the same cultural and religious level, which makes relations stronger.
