Azerbaijan awards Farrukh Zakirov honorary title People's Artist

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree conferring the honorary title "Peoplechr("39")s Artist" on Farrukh Zakirov, Olaylar reports.

According to the decree, Farrukh Zakirov was awarded the honorary title "Peoplechr("39")s Artist" for merits in the development of cultural ties between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
