Jeyhun Bayramov and Iliya Darchiashvili had a telephone conversation

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and reappointed Georgian Foreign Minister Iliya Darchiashvili had a telephone conversation.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Bayramov congratulated his colleague on the occasion of his re-appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs in the newly established government of Georgia and wished him success in this honorable position.

The parties discussed the current state of friendly and strategic partnership relations between the two countries and the current plans and prospects for the further development of these relations in the future.

The ministers also exchanged views on regional issues and directions for cooperation within the international organizations.
