Sultan Raev: We consider Ilham Aliyev as leader of Turkic world and one of architects of order of Turkic world

Ilham Aliyev's victory in the snap presidential elections is the victory of the people of Azerbaijan and the entire Turkic world, Sultan Raev, Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) told Olaylar.

According to him, one of Ilham Aliyevchr("39")s great services to the people of Azerbaijan is the liberation of Karabakh from occupation and the restoration of the countrychr("39")s territorial integrity: "This is truly a heroic step of the president. We consider Ilham Aliyev the leader of the Turkic world and one of the architects of the order of the Turkic world. I congratulate the president on such a brilliant victory.
