District election commissions set up in liberated territories of Azerbaijan

District election commissions have already been established in the territories liberated from Armenian occupation, said Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan Mazahir Panahov, Olaylar reports.

Panahov noted that the election commissions are fully set and ready to be operational for the upcoming presidential election in Azerbaijan.
