President attends official reception organized in honor of OTS leaders in Astana

On November 3, on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, an official reception was organized in honor of the heads of state and government participating in the 10th summit of the Organization of Turkic States under the motto "Turk Time" in Astana.

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, participated in the event.
