Iran supports the new round of peace talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani said.
The South Caucasus region represents serious importance for Tehran.
"Iran supports the peace process to resolve differences between the neighbors," Kanaani said.
