Khachaturian: 'I am glad that we have resumed dialogue with Ankara'

Armenia wants to have balanced, good relations with neighboring countries, which is why the government has chosen the path of normalization with Türkiye, Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturian, who is on a visit to Italy, told La Repubblica, Olaylar informs via Sputnik-Armenia.

"I am glad that after so many years we have resumed dialogue with Ankara. We need to look to the future, understand what region we want to leave to our children. We must strive for regional balance and peace, not war," Khachaturian said.
