Ilham Aliyev signs decree awarding People's Artist with "Istiqlal" Order
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree awarding Ogtai Mirgasimov with the "Istiqlal" Order, Olaylar reports.
According to the decree, Ogtay Mirgasimov was awarded the "Istiqlal" Order for his great achievements in the development of Azerbaijani culture.
