Elchin Afandiyev "Honorary Diploma of President of Republic of Azerbaijan"

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on awarding Elchin Afandiyev with the "Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan", Olaylar reports.

According to the decree, Afandiyev was awarded the "Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan" for many years of productive activity in the development of Azerbaijani culture.
