Azerbaijan launches interstate arbitration process against Armenia

Azerbaijan has launched an interstate arbitration process against Armenia in accordance with the Energy Charter Treaty, Olaylar reports.

The Azerbaijani side, in the arbitration notice submitted to Armenia, demanded from this country reparations and financial compensation for the violation of Azerbaijanchr("39")s sovereign rights to energy resources during the occupation of its territories by Armenia from 1991 to 2020.
