Russia's military presence is not a threat to Armenia's security - Zakharova

Russiachr("39")s military presence is not a threat to Armeniachr("39")s security, the spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said at a briefing today, Olaylar informs.

According to Zakharova, the Armenian leadership had previously positively assessed the presence of Russia:

"Strong, friendly ties bind the two nations. Official Moscow is determined to expand Russian-Armenian relations in a bilateral format and integration associations."
