The drunken colonel of the Russian Peacekeeping Forces appeared in front of the Azerbaijani activists holding a rally on the Shusha-Khankendi road.

As reports Olaylar it is clear from the video that the colonel was helpless in front of journalists, activists and NGO members. The Azerbaijani military was involved in the area where the tension occurred. The Russian side also gathered additional equipment and manpower to the scene.
