Armenia concentrating additional personnel, artillery installations in direction of Dashkasan

"In the second half of October 16, we observed the concentration of additional personnel with military vehicles and four artillery units of the Armenian armed forces to their positions opposite the units of the Azerbaijani Army located in the direction of Dashkasan," Olaylar informs, citing the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
