Torkaman thanks Ilham Aliyev for liberation of Karabakh

Former chairman of the State Organization for Culture and Islamic Relations of Iran, Abuzer-Ebrahimi Torkaman, congratulated the Azerbaijani state and people on the occasion of the liberation of Azerbaijani territories from occupation.

As reports Olaylar, that Torkaman voiced his congratulations at the International Conference chr("39")Multicultural View of Priority Global Problemschr("39") underway in Baku.

"I congratulate the Azerbaijani state and nation on the liberation of Karabakh. I express my gratitude to respected President Ilham Aliyev," Abuzer-Ebrahimi Torkaman said.
