Ilham Aliyev awards scientists with "Honored Worker of Science" title
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree conferring the honorary title "Honored Worker of Science" to Masud Afandiyev and Garib Murshudov for achievements in science and merits in the development of the Azerbaijani diaspora, Olaylar reports.
