We did not receive assistance for revival of Karabakh and Zangazur - Mr.President

We have not received a single manat as assistance from anyone for the revival of Karabakh and Zangazur, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said while receiving Joshgun Jabrayilov as newly-appointed head of the Nizami District Executive Power of Baku city, Elgin Habibullayev as newly-appointed head of the Narimanov District Executive Power of Baku city and Elkhan Ibrahimov as newly-appointed head of the Kurdamir District Executive Power in video format on Feb. 18.
