President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Joshgun Jabrayilov as newly-appointed head of the Nizami District Executive Power of Baku city, Elgin Habibullayev as newly-appointed head of the Narimanov District Executive Power of Baku city, and Elkhan Ibrahimov as newly-appointed head of the Kurdamir District Executive Power in video format on Feb. 18, Olaylar reports.
