"Crime in Khojaly has been proven" - Khalafov

"For over 30 years, Armenia has continued its military aggression against Azerbaijan. Khojaly genocide is one of the bloodiest pages in the history of the conflict," Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov said.

He noted that 613 civilians had been brutally killed as a result of the Khojaly genocide.

"Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies have proved the crime in Khojaly. These atrocities entail liability both for the state and on an individual basis."
