An Iranian court has issued a death sentence for CIA agent, named Amir Rahimpur, who was allegedly spying on Iranchr("39")s nuclear program.

Olaylar reports, reffering to TASS that, according to Iranian Supreme Court spokesperson Golyam Hossein Ismaili, the countrychr("39")s Supreme Court upheld the verdict.

Ismaili added that the spy tried to pass information about Iranchr("39")s nuclear program to US intelligence.
