Syria’s territorial integrity - priority for Turkey -Cavushoglu

Syria's territorial integrity is a priority for Turkey, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavushoglu said, Olaylar reports.

The Turkish foreign minister said that the military operation Peace Spring is directed against terrorists in northern Syria.

Cavushoglu added that Turkey stands firmly in the fight against terror.

On Oct. 9, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced the beginning of a new military operation in Syria, called Peace Spring.

On Oct. 17, Ankara agreed with Washington to suspend the Operation Peace Spring in Syriachr("39")s north for 120 hours, so that during this time the YPG/PYD detachments would leave northern Syria.
