Armenian MP's son wreaks havoc in Yerevan restaurant

Artak Gevorgyan, a son of Armenian MP from the Republican Party of Armenia, Nahapet Gevorgyan, was taken to the Central Police Department following an incident at one of Yerevan restaurants, Armenian media reported on May 30.

Reportedly, a conflict arose between Gevorgyan and the waiter. A verbal exchange led to a fight, as the waiter broke a plate on Gevorgyanchr("39")s head. The MPchr("39")s son, in turn, hit the waiter several times.

Police officers who arrived at the scene detained Artak Gevorgyan. The detainee was previously convicted.
