Armenian PM appoints defense minister
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has today announced that David Tonoyan, the acting emergency situations minister, will be appointed as the defense minister, RIA Novosti reported."I can say that David Tonoyan will be appointed today. And other ministers will be appointed very soon," he told reporters after a meeting of the government on May 11.
