Baku Drug Abuse Treatment Center fire outbreak suspect arrested

Baku's resident Mohammad Mammadov suspected of committing a crime on March 3, 2018 in Baku's Drug Abuse Treatment Center, has been arrested, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry and the Prosecutor Generalchr("39")s Office said in a joint statement March 6.

According to the joint statement, Mammadov diagnosed with "mental disorder as a result of drinking alcohol" was undergoing treatment at the Center.
